What is personal data?

- Image and sound recordings: These include, for example, recordings from video surveillance systems, photos, videos, and sound recordings of customer events, courses, presentations, training sessions, etc.
We process personal data for as long as is necessary for the respective purpose or purposes. Where longer retention periods apply due to statutory or other obligations to which we are subject, we restrict the processing accordingly.
Rights of the data subject
You have the right to object to the processing of data, in particular where we process your personal data on the basis of a legitimate interest and the other applicable requirements are met. Provided that the respective applicable requirements are met and no statutory exceptions apply, you also have the following rights:
- the right to request information about the personal data we have stored about you;
- the right to have inaccurate or incomplete personal data corrected;
- the right to request the deletion or anonymisation of your personal data;
- the right to request the restriction of the processing of your personal data;
- the right to receive certain personal data in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format;
- the right to withdraw consent with effect for the future, insofar as processing is based on consent.
Please note that these rights may be restricted or excluded in individual cases, for example if there are doubts about identity or if this is necessary to protect other persons, to safeguard overriding legitimate interests, or to comply with statutory obligations.
You may also contact us if you wish to exercise any of your rights or if you have questions regarding the processing of your personal data.
You are also free to lodge a complaint with a competent supervisory authority if you have concerns as to whether the processing of your personal data complies with applicable law.
The competent supervisory authority in Switzerland is the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC).
The competent supervisory authority in the Principality of Liechtenstein is the Data Protection Authority of the Principality of Liechtenstein.

If you send us inquiries via the contact form, your details from the inquiry form, including the contact details you provided there, will be stored by us for the purpose of processing the inquiry and in case of follow-up questions. We will not pass on this data without your consent.
Newsletter
If you would like to receive the newsletter offered on the website, we need your email address and information that allows us to verify that you are the owner of the email address provided and that you agree to receive the newsletter. No further data will be collected. We use this data exclusively for sending the requested information and do not pass it on to third parties. Once you have given your consent to the storage of your data, email address, and its use for sending the newsletter, you can revoke this consent at any time, for example via the “unsubscribe link” in the newsletter.
Server log files
The provider of this website automatically collects and stores information in so-called server log files, which your browser automatically transmits to us. These are:

This data cannot be assigned to specific individuals. This data is not merged with other data sources. We reserve the right to check this data retrospectively if we become aware of specific indications of illegal use.
